Welcome to 30jil. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 30jil ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the 30jil platform accessible at https://30jil.cam, including all associated games, services, tools, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the 30jil platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read together with 30jil's Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 30jil. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

30jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the 30jil platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register an account and participate in real-money wagering if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with the minimum gambling age prescribed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted, and you are not subject to any personal restriction, court order, or regulatory ban that would prohibit your participation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of 30jil or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 30jil or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) as defined under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, unless you have disclosed this status and received written approval from 30jil's compliance team.

30jil performs age verification at the point of registration and may request supporting identity documents at any subsequent time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID (SSS card, PhilHealth card, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

To access real-money features on 30jil, you must register a player account. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 30jil platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and valid email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and belongs to you personally.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 30jil will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any actions taken using your account credentials are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 30jil of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

• You must notify 30jil's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other individual to access or use your account.
• 30jil recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) features for enhanced security.
• Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

30jil reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of your account's lifecycle. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), may involve requesting a selfie with your ID, bank statement, or utility bill. KYC verification is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance framework and cannot be waived.

30jil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through officially supported payment channels. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise for specific cryptocurrency channels.

Supported payment methods include: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via payment kiosks), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. 30jil does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at all times, as availability may be subject to maintenance, regulatory changes, or technical factors beyond our control.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per day, week, or month and are communicated within your account dashboard.
• All funds deposited into your 30jil account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 30jil does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and AML checks. 30jil aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the same business day for GCash and Maya, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer methods.

30jil reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a chargeback attempt. In such cases, any associated winnings or bonuses derived from the reversed deposit will be voided.

30jil offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any ambiguity, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that promotion.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover" or "turnover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., x15, x20, x30) will be clearly stated in the promotion description.
• Bonuses are credited exclusively to eligible accounts that have completed the required deposit or action specified in the promotion terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one (1) claim per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Free spins, free bets, or cashback bonuses awarded without a qualifying deposit are subject to the highest standard wagering requirement unless a lower requirement is explicitly stated.
• 30jil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require, including in cases of suspected abuse or technical error.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, or exploitation of software bugs to generate artificial turnover — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum cashout limit stated in a promotion's terms will be capped at that limit. Players are encouraged to read all bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotion.

All games available on the 30jil platform — including JILI slots, live baccarat, Color Game, dice, bingo, roulette, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, physical dealing and spinning equipment monitored by independent oversight.

Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the respective game providers (including but not limited to JILI, Evolution Gaming, and other licensed suppliers) and are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. 30jil does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

• In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and the transaction record in 30jil's server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record.
• Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or errors that affect the outcome of a game will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where a malfunction has caused an incorrect payout or voided bet, 30jil reserves the right to reverse or adjust the transaction accordingly.
• The use of automated betting software ("bots"), exploits, artificial intelligence tools, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• For sports betting, all markets are settled according to the official result from the recognized governing body of the relevant sport or event. 30jil's trading team reserves the right to void markets where data integrity is compromised.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 30jil platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments for deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform as a conduit for any financial crime.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live tables, or any other game where collaboration would constitute an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate credits or winnings not legitimately earned.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 30jil staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or international sanctions.

30jil is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling at all times. We recognize that while the majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, gambling can become harmful for some individuals. 30jil provides a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a mandatory cooling-off period applies.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to create a new account on 30jil.

30jil strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We train our support team to identify and respond appropriately to signs of problem gambling. Players may also request a voluntary reality check or account review by contacting support at any time.

All content on the 30jil platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and the overall design and "look and feel" of the platform — is the intellectual property of 30jil or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the platform without prior written authorization from 30jil.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content or underlying software.
• Use any 30jil trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of 30jil's intellectual property may result in legal action. Reporting of suspected infringement can be directed to 30jil's support channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 30jil, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Damages arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, network outage, cyberattack, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where 30jil has acted in good faith in processing requests made using your credentials.
• Any outcome of a sporting event, game round, or market on which you have placed a wager, as all gambling involves inherent risk borne solely by the player.

30jil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject always to applicable law.

30jil collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 30jil is used for purposes including account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, marketing communications (where you have given consent), and customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

You have rights under the Data Privacy Act including the right to access your data, the right to correct inaccuracies, the right to object to processing, and the right to erasure subject to legal retention requirements. Requests related to your personal data may be submitted to our support channel.

30jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The account holder is or becomes ineligible to use the platform (e.g., falls below the minimum age, becomes a restricted employee, or moves to a prohibited jurisdiction).
• A self-exclusion request has been received, or 30jil determines in its reasonable judgment that continued access presents a risk to the player's well-being.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the closure of the account.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 30jil support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance of verified funds (excluding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following final KYC and AML review.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your experience on 30jil, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team directly through the live chat or email channel. Our support team will endeavor to resolve your complaint within five (5) business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first tier, you may escalate the matter in writing, requesting a formal review by 30jil's Compliance Officer. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within fifteen (15) business days.

For disputes that remain unresolved following internal escalation, players may seek recourse through the appropriate regulatory channels under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework. 30jil cooperates fully with PAGCOR-initiated investigations and mediation processes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and gaming directives in force from time to time.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, which cannot be resolved through 30jil's internal dispute resolution process, shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or where applicable, to arbitration or regulatory adjudication under PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this clause limits 30jil's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with intellectual property infringement or data security breaches.

30jil reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 30jil will provide advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the platform's homepage, an in-platform notification displayed upon login, or an email to your registered address.

The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page. If you continue to use the 30jil platform after the effective date of any amended Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure. 30jil will not be held liable for any consequences arising from your failure to review the current version of these Terms.
